Prescott...
Just wanted to share how happy
we are with Prescott :) and how from the moment we saw him---he
melted our hearts! Poem is tongue in cheek so don't worry WE LOVE
HIM and he has his own bed in our bedroom and NOT OUTSIDE!

I don't want a dog so get it
through your noodle!
No way-- not ever, will I get
a froo-froo poodle!
I've had my share of lizards,
frogs and many cats!
Not to mention gerbils too,
but thank God no rats!
Raising two sons, I had enough
pet responsibility!
No I don't hate dogs, just
done with pets you see!
I'm done okay-- entitled to a
life of leisure now!
Why can't people understand,
I'm not an old sow!
After all-- I have your gift
of a tiny fire-belly toad!
Keeping crickets alive almost
puts me on overload!
Speaking of crickets, it's
time to get some more!
So off we go that day, to the
nearby PetCo store.
Upon entering the store-- it's
a God thing we see!
A cute miniature poodle named
Prescott, as in AZ!
Out comes the credit card and
quick get him a toy!
Zaraslist.com has our new baby waiting--it's a boy!
What about those silly owners
who take pets inside!
Did I just say that, shame on
me for being so snide!
Oops got to end this poem, yes
I've really got to run!

5th Birthday to our son!

My husband and I just bought a
home in Payson, AZ. He's been wanting a dog and now that we have
our own home started talking about getting a dog, a standard Poodle,
you know the big ones :) and of course it would live outdoors, it's
a dog not a human. They were originally bred to be hunting dogs. I,
of course think it is so silly how people treat their dogs like real
kids and dress
them up and really taking a
dog inside a store just because you can, how silly is that! Honey,
don't forget to make sure Prescott is strapped in safe and sound in
his new car seat :) before you take him to AZ. Oh and of course,
here's his favourite toy, a big stuff trout to get him ready for
hunting the big fish :)
