Hi Tera --

I don't know if you remember Apollo - the cutest little dog ever made. His name is Oliver now and I just wanted to update you on his new life. I have no idea who could have ever given up this little guy. He's the absolute sweetest dog I've ever seen. He's so cuddly and affectionate and so smart. He and Pebbles (the Chihuahua) are now the very best of friends. They play together, eat together, sleep together. He even lets her take his bone OUT of his mouth! He can't stand it if she's out of his site for a second. He's not too crazy about other dogs that he sees on our walks, but I think he's just trying to protect us.

I just wanted to thank you again for this little miracle in a fur suit. I don't know how many homes he's had, but this is his last. He's definitely found his forever home!

I adopted Oliver (Apollo) to keep Pebbles company since Holly (my Shih Tzu) wasn't doing very well for a while there. I wanted to spend more time with Holly but not neglect Pebbles. I just can't get over how close Oliver and Pebbles immediately became. They were instant best friends. Oliver adores little Pebbles and if she's out of the room for a second, he has a fit. They follow each other everywhere, if one barks the other one barks, and they never even know why. The first one probably just had a hair ball. They play all morning and then put themselves to bed in their crate. Oliver even lets Pebbles take a bone that he's chewing OUT of his mouth. I've never seen that before!

Oliver tells Pebbles to ...go chase the cats - it'll be fun. So Pebbles runs after the cats, then quickly runs back when she sees the cats are 3 times as big as she is. Then she runs back and bites Oliver's tail. I could watch them all day long. I'll send more pictures if they ever slow down long enough.
