I just wanted to give you both a Jake update since it's been about 6 months+. He is a wonderful
dog!!! All of my neighbors, friends and family also think he is the greatest. We have completed a basic obediance class - which Jake had no problems at all with!! We are now doing "click & trick" classes - so far - in addition to his basic sit, down, stay, he can shake, and "crawl".

Skin allergies are probably always going to be a fight, but he's on duck & potato food and does well on that. Went to the "eye specialist" and no horrible problems - the drops she gave me have halted any progression of the pigmentation and she thinks it is also reversing slowly. Ears are good.

We also paticipated in the annual Long Beach "Howl'oween" parade. Although Jake didn't win - his photo made the front page of the local newspaper!! Below are some of the photos/links.

Thank you both for the opportunity to share my life with such a great dog - I love him soo much, and I think he likes having his "furever" home!!
