Docker...

We adopted Docker from your shelter almost 3 years ago.  When we saw him, he captured our heart. Docker was a little scared and we could tell he was abused, very shy, and not willing to trust us. We were very unsure how it would work out.  Plus, my kids wanted a puppy.

We have had Docker for 3 years now and he acts like we live with him and we joined him.  This was such a perfect match and fit for us; he was housebroken, fixed, and we didn't have to go through the puppy chewing transition. Best of all we love him and he definitely loves us.  He has the run of the house and sleeps in bed with whomever he chooses for that night.  He definitely has been a great addition to our family!

Thank you, Tera, for allowing him into our life. Above is Docker at Halloween 2003 (he was a devil) and feeling a little chilly that night skipping along while taking the kids out for candy. He needed his sweater.

I just wanted to update you. We adopted "Docker" from you about 7 years ago from Pets Mart in Corona.
 
 He has been such a wonderful addition to our family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
 
 As he gets older we often wonder what it would be like when the time comes when we will have to put him down.... "It breaks our heart just thinking about it... "
 
 We have recently had to move and Docker adapted very well... like usual, he adapted and it hasn't seemed to phase him one bit..
