Dante...

Dante did indeed show his true colors soon enough, and
we are in the middle of training. Our trainer comes once a week, and
Dante is quickly learning new skills and behavior. We love him so much,
and he has already brought so much to our lives. He is such a beautiful boy!
Thanks again,
Shari (and Marc)

Hello Everyone at Zara's List!
We think of you often, but I finally visited your site again. We are happy
that things look like they are going well, and we are definitely going to use
the Paypal option to donate to you in the new year! Also, have you ever
considered doing t-shirts or sweatshirts with your logo? I would proudly wear
one - we often tell others about you.
Below I'm going to write an updated success story - if that's not being too
presumptuous - and I'll also include a couple of updated pictures. Our boy is
100 pounds now!
We are grateful to Zara's List for rescuing our Dante, and to the foster
parents who cared for him, and named him, before he came to us. There was
definitely a "break-in" period for us and for Dante - as we both needed some
training. During, and since that time, Dante has become an integral part of
our family, which we now lovingly call "the pack". Dante sleeps next to our
bed, loves to be with us in the backyard, on "bye-bye" rides, or on walks, and
even accompanied us on a doggy vacation to Cambria, Carmel, and Mendocino this
summer. At the risk of sounding crazy, and Dante sounding really spoiled, we
have to convey to you how much he has added to our lives. He is such a
positive force, and has changed us and our marriage for the better. We bought
a car conducive to a dog, we travel to dog-friendly places, and we find
ultimate joy in watching Dante experience new things and seeing him smile.
Please know that even though you may not hear it enough, the work you are
doing is appreciated every single day!
Marc and Shari Micheli
