Bonsai Bailey...
Sept. 10, 2007

Hello.

Bonsai is now Bonsai Bailey Torres. He was groomed today and he is looking incredibly handsome. We went with a short cut because of all of his matted hair. We wanted to even him out.

He loves the dog bone treats and has just given in to eating his science diet. He was avoiding it for a while but then he got really hungry.

We are working on his walking on a leash (baby steps with that). He was really excited to walk on his leash after I picked him up from grooming. The tech said that he was a bit skittish around the buzzer so I'm hoping to get him used to that. He is easy startled by loud noises like the garage door and I guess the buzzer. We're trying to work through that.

He is officially licensed and settling in well with the family.

I've attached a couple of his pics. I'll send you a link to the whole album shortly.

Happy Holidays from Bonsai Bailey! I'll have more on the way including his graduation from Petsmart obedience training.

Here's a quick update from Bailey.

I've been taking Bailey to obedience school. Here he is playing with the big dogs. It looks blurry because Bailey's trying with all his might to wrestle the plush toy away from the big dog. I guess you can say that he's learning how to play and get along with other dogs. He's still working on it though as he's a bit unpredictable.
