Chippy is doing great! She is sleeping right now after our 45 minute walk and fits very well into our little family.

When we first got her, I was a little afraid. She appeared afraid of everything, such as cars, being in a car, being on a lease, people, baths, just everything. It was like she had never experienced any normal experience a dog would go through. I could see why people would shy away from adopting her just because she appeared so afraid and hard to train.

But after a few days she began to warm up. She is a totallly different dog now. She's exactly what you said she was going to be. She wakes us up with kisses. She loves being held and getting belly rubs. She isn't afraid to look into our eyes. She loves walks. She is just a great, warm, and loving dog. After around two weeks in our care, she is pretty much housebroken and knows the commands for sit and stay.

Not to mention, she gets along well with my dog, Butters. They're best friends. They wrestle with each other, play with toys, chase each other around. And when we leave Butters for a period of time, since he has Chippy, he doesn't appear as agitated and shows no signs of separation anxiety. They are definitely a great match for one another!
