We saw her at the shelter. She just wasn't very friendly. We told her we'd give her time to settle in and see if she had an adoptable personality. We hoped and hoped and each week as we went in, it seemed that she was coming around more and more...Then we got the call that the families time was up and they were going to have to euthanize. We took the long walk to her cage, praying that this time she'd let us touch her and touch the babies....Unbelievable. Not only did she let us touch her but she was licking us and jumping in our lap. And so she was out of there along with her baby girls. The pups are 6 weeks old. Momma Gemini is about 15lbs and we can only guess at her breed. Basenji mix? Terrier mix? Chihuahua mix? How about a melting pot of all? Possibly...Pups will probably be in the 15 lb. range as well. Girls rule this litter. All little sweethearts who will be looking for homes in mid November.
