"Anyone have room for another Mom and Pups? It's raining litters at the shelter right now..." That's how the email started that was sent out to our faithful fosters. Everyone either had a litter or was still recovering from the last litter. We were full and when we're full, there just isn't a way to squeeze one more or in this case, what would be 6 more in...

I called the shelter to let them know that I'd have to pass but I was sure that another rescue would pick her up. But I was wrong...A few days later I got the call I dread more than anything, "You sure that you don't have room? Her time is up..." We asked for 3 days and a phone call to be made one way or another on the third morning. This time another email was sent asking if there was anyone who knew of someone that could foster. A new foster who had a litter of her own, fired up the computer and began printing up posters. They were posted all over her area and suddenly we had a new foster home and the Mom and what became 5 little Beans were safe and sound in a foster in Orange County.

Coffee is a friendly little gal who loves everyone and doesn't mind at all that her babies are getting lots of love and attention in the foster home. She is just content to be the perfect little mom and let the world adore her and her beautiful little baby beans.

Hi Tera,
I took quite a few pictures yesterday. These four puppies are all perfect. Each one has their own personality and they have fun playing with each other and my little boys.

Jellybean is a sweetie. She loves to explore and find new things but she also loves to snuggle and be held. The wrinkles on her face are just adorable.

Lil Mojo is always a few steps behind but he's catching up every day. Sometimes I can't keep the two boys apart. The guy likes to sleep but he's always the first one to dinner.

Vanilla wants you to think that he's the tough guys but he's a lover at heart. He needs to be in
the middle of things and doesn't want to miss out on anything.

Then there's Cocoa....he was the first one out of the kiddy pool and the first one to explore the house. He's a ball of fire who is the first one up and the last one to sleep. He thinks Pudge is his big brother.

They all are sleeping in the crate and using the puppy pads.
