Minnie

Not only did she find herself displaced and abandoned at the shelter with 4 newborn babies but then it was discovered she had bladder stones. The pain this girl must have been in would have to be immense and yet, here she was battling with all her might to save her pups and keep them healthy. Her milk was drying up and what little milk she was able to give them was contaminated.

Thankfully we have a wonderful vet who scheduled her right in for surgery and took care of her. Now Minnie is resting peacefully and will be healthy and ready for adoption in a couple of weeks. Her pups which can be seen on our Nursery section will be ready in about 6 weeks.

Minnie's surgery was extremely costly and your donations help us continue to take in animals such as this when they are in need and give them the chance they deserve not only to find a real, permanent home but also to be healthy...
